To keep your socks in the best condition, we recommend hand washing and hang drying.
If you prefer machine washing, use a cold, gentle cycle and hang dry.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron.

DUTIES AND TAXES
We ship to you on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, all relevant import taxes and duties will be added from your countries customs upon arrival.
EXCHANGE POLICY
exchanges is assessed and accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to info@saliosocks.com for exchange requests.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you decided to return your purchased items, please send them back within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging unused and unopened.
Return will not be accepted once the product has been opened and/or worn, this is due to the hygienic and quality standards we are holding for all of our customers.
Salio has a 7 days return policy for unopened products; you can contact us at info@saliosocks.com with your order number. We will do our absolute best to help you through the return process.
For return of order under $70USD, a $6 USD fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return and restocking. For returns of orders above 70USD, A $3 USD fee will be deducted from your refund around to cover the cost of return and restocking.
Keep in mind any taxes, duties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow us 5 - 7 business days to inspect upon receival. If accepted, we will refund the amount into the payment account within 7 business days.
